Freshdesk API access token creation
In order to use the DevOps integration apps like Freshdesk — Azure DevOps app on Freshdesk user need to create the access token in Freshdesk in order to grant access to your Freshdesk API account.
Follow below steps to create the new Freshdesk API access token
1. Login to your Freshdesk account.
2. Click on User Profile icon as show in above screenshot.
3. Click on Profile Settings.
4. Here you will see your API key.
5. Copy and store it in Safe place.
6. You have to use this key for authentication purpose in Freshdesk — Azure DevOps authentication app.
